All the tours and treks listed in the “Popular” tour series have Weekly Fixed Departure. Any of these tours or treks can be instantly booked and confirmed. Normally a week advance notice is sufficient. But for tours to Tibet and Bhutan we suggest to avoid last minute booking. At least a week should be considered for visa and permit processing. Availability of flight seats are usually a bigger problem during peak season. During festival time in Bhutan accommodation are booked a long time in advance.
